Amos is hot country gay?! Holy shit can we cast him? He had a short application but the content was pretty decent, he seems enthused and like he could be a good player. The quiet but strong kind. AND he is country and probably has a hot southern accent! So yes please  |

I'm finding it hard to judge a number of these applications. It seems like too many applicants see it as a hoop to jump through in the selection process, when they ought to be treating it as an opportunity to show off their personality. I'd be less disappointed if they avoided answering a question by wording their response in such a way that shows off something interesting about them/their thought process than robotically checking off all the boxes.
Amos is an example of this to a degree. There are parts of his application that I find promise character, but I see a lot of missed opportunities there too.

I'm trying sooooooooooooooo hard to get this woman to play. I recently played a game with her (I got 6th and she got 4th  ) But she was a total pleasure to play/align with and I feel like she'd be REALLY fun to watch play iS. Totally a sweet lady too, I'll keep harassing her to fill out her app but Sandy told me that she got in touch with him so yay! |
