Sorry if I seem angry while writing this. There's really really bad 80 music being played as I type this up and I just cannot take it anymore. Kill me. Anyways. I could be off base with some of what I said in my breakdown, but it's pretty much how I view things with all that I've read. Someone I find irritating you could absolutely love! Love being humans and having different opinions. These analysis are meant, in no way, to "sway" your personal opinion, but rather, to give you some insight since cfsh access has been closed. Sorry if it seems like a really 1-sided view. Upon editing I'm going to try and list pros and cons of each as to come off less like playing favorites.
Last episode we saw Jordan extinguish his own torch and walk from iSurv1vor. He and I had a discussion about his place in the game and we decided it was best for him to call it quits. Better he leave so I don't continue to trash him here in Alumni, because I do like him lol. I just don't want the game to become a chore for him and it's not fair to everyone else. So yeah, things didn't turn out as he expected when agreeing to come back. No harm no foul, but his time is up!
Brenda winning the AoG put her in a tricky spot. Of course she was pressured by Mr.ControlFreak Ricky about using it as he saw fit. Brenda, not being born yesterday was having none of that. In fact, she thought it would be cute to give the AoG to the one person Ricky wanted to see go, Woods. [Insert Wrench] Queen Brenda took the thrown as the first female to throw down a strategical gauntlet that, in turn, sent Lexi to RC. Lexi can ultimately blame her association with Ricky for her torch being snuffed. Bitches need to be careful who they're friends with in India because it-is-no-joke.
Moving forward in this Episode, expect to see a more clear and solid group form against Ricky.
Anti-Ricky... Woods, Animal, Quanz, Joe, Brenda
Middle... Zack, Jedda, Jermaine, BK, Brookie
Axis of Evil...Ricky, Nax, Nicole
Lexi and Jeffy, both friends, are left to fight it out against each other. Who are yall rooting for?
MY CAST ANALYSIS
EPISODE #5
LEGEND:
#WINNING
DOING PURDY GOOD
RUN FOREST RUN
YOU ARE THE WEAKEST LINK, GOODBYE
Animal
Not much to say about him this episode. He survived the vote on Shudra even tho he was the biggest target, so good for him. He gained a whole lot of allies the past few days while on the Anti-Ricky campaign trail. A great performance in this next challenge, or at least landing on a tribe with a few of his many allies - and we should seeing more of him. Give it another Episode or two and I say he's our front-runner. 8/10
BK
Growing more and more fond of this clueless kid. He was supposed to be gone like yesteryear but the layout of this game has saved him, even if he's gone to tribal council every single time. I foresee him making merge, and at least a decent, single digit placement to be honest. Maybe down the line he will learn something about strategy, but as of right now he's a goldfish in a shark tank. I still like him though! He's on final warning because he doesn't know what updating his Journal is all about. Other than that I find him endearing XD IDKY. 7/10
Brenda
Turning into the Queen of India. One of few words but still in the driver seat nonetheless. She made a power move by publicly saving Woods with the AoG, and simultaneously telling Ricky to FKOFF. It was pretty classic! I think that move opened up doors with a few allies that were closed prior, and I think now that all is said and done it only helped her game. I'm rooting for her to do well but if Woods is her #1 ally, vomit all over my cashmere. But honestly, Woods is a perfect candidate to be her bestie. How he's playing right now, I would be stuck to him like glue if I were in a position like hers. I feel like I said this in other posts but she's slowly coming into her own! She has a lot more to offer. 8/10
Brookie
How are you still here? You're lucky I was fed up with Jordan doing nothing. Had he shown up for the challenge and still sucked at his confessional, I probably wouldn't have probed his quitting. Like BK, I feel like the longer she lasts the better of a position she slowly maintains. I will highlight a g a i n she has no winning potential and it's going to be even more difficult for her to do well with Lexi gone, but good on her for being the Bryan Perkins early on this season. #bulletdodgingprofessional. Honestly, if she were smart - when she gets to TC in a few days, she would vote with Ricky/Nax/Nicole - whichever one she's on a tribe with. She has like zero chance with everyone else in the game. 6/10
Jedda
Survived by the skin of his teeth. Out of everyone on Viashya last TC, I feel like he was the last one who would ever be given the Amulet, so I knew he was definitely the most vulnerable. I'm not totally sure if selling out Ricky so early was a good move for him - but nothing has happened so far to make me feel like it was an awful move. I'm pretty shocked none of that has come to light yet because it seems like everyone finds out everything eventually. His story is still far from over but he too could pay the price for being associated with Ricky. He too has so much more to offer the game. His time difference has been a slight issue, but if he can overcome that and keep INTERESTED, then yeah, I can see him continuing to do well. 9/10
Jermaine
Just like Joe he's seemingly in a great, great position. He could walk this game like a tightrope right to finals if he plays his cards correctamundo! I don't even think he realizes this. He does seem a bit lost though at times, and moving forward being so out-of-the-loop is not good. He needs to find the right "in" and soon! Winning Immunities will only get ya so far. *we glance @ Nicole* Pulling for him even though strategically he has brought nothing to the table. He's taking a while to let'er rip! 7/10
Joe
Is in the perfect UTR position right now. On paper, if you move some chess pieces around just a little, he could win this game again. He's in a great position to set each side up to eat one another and before you know it, tada there he is at the end. If he plays the middle and appears non-particular about which side he prefers, he could literally squeeze on by. The fact that he's won this game is playing on the minds of absolutely no one right now. Shame on them, so so good for him. In terms of where he lies, I think he's definitely more prone to work with Animal, Woods, Brenda and company - but long-term those are his biggest threats to win. Smart short term plan though! 7/10
Nax
Realizes now that Lexi is gone that something has gone terribly wrong. He completely realizes Ricky's tirades have put him and Nicole in a pretty vulnerable position, especially because the cat is out of the bag about Brenda NOT being with them. I think he put too many eggs in one basket with Ricky and that alliance controlling this game. Did he really think that would happen? It might be too little too late for him. If he doesn't win Immunity I can see him being a target. Unless him, Nicole, and Ricky all end up safe on Brahmin, or all end up majority on Vaishya - I see a bleak future. I really wish he separated himself from Ricky a little better earlier on. He will be paying the price. Immunity or RC. Sorry about it!! 7/10
Nicole
Immunity for a 5th time in a row or RC for her. More so than Nax, she's put ALL her eggs into Ricky's basket. She has the nerve to gripe about the cast, but as she's doing so she throws herself under the bus by saying she doesn't communicate with person A, B, C, and D. HELLO!? Are we on planet YOUMAKENOFUCKINGSENSE!? I've had a soft spot for her up until this point, but I can no longer stand behind someone who isn't social with as many people as possible, even if you don't particularly like them or want to work with them down the line. Now that shit has blown up in her face she's gotten aggressive and a little nasty. Without good reason though because all of it is her own fault. I'd like to see her come into her own now. AoE is dead hunny, go find another way to the top or simply don't get there. 4/10
Quanz
He's tight with Animal so that could be a really good thing for him. Shitty challenge performances and ending up with an unfortunate group of people is what will stop him from making the merge. I guess that's what stops anyone XD but yeah, 5 eps in and I'm not really sure about sure or sold on him. 6/10
RickyHe's taking a lot of heat for saving Brookie and ousting Fei. He's reacting pretty calmly, in my opinion, for now being part of a swiftly sinking ship. It's still early but I expected him to fly off the handle right away, but it seems Nicole and Woods are doing a pretty good job at that for him. I respect him going do hard and trying to maintain control. We all know in a game like this though, it's almost impossible to control everything. This is one of many areas Ricky has gone wrong lol. Trashing people, drunk
skype calls, bullying and other crap also don't help! At least he knows he gonna have to stay up for like 14 hours str8 to stay in the game . Someone is coming down from cloud delusional. Everyone welcome him!! 7/10
Woods
This guy has turned batshit crazy! It's one thing to have the sides drawn and for him to put on his armor and war paint - I get all that. He's now like turned into this nasty, bitter, adversary of Ricky and is just trashing that whole side. He's kinda no better than the AoE right now, and he's all about the good guys vs bad guys. Hello, Woods, anyone home!? The last TC went in your favor, one of Ricky's allies went home, time to move on forward and stop being a douche! I dunno, the aura surrounding him has become sorta arrogant and demeaning toward the opposing alliance. It's literally JUST LIKE Ricky, except he doesn't work it as well. It's more comical. Animal, I think, is handling this war with a little more tact and grace. Just like Lexi shot herself in the foot with Woods as she left the game, I feel like Woods is shooting himself in the foot with a lot of people still IN the game. Granted this is all my perspective and how I feel after reading his Journal - people might quite like him all around, still eh, I'm turned off for now. 5/10
ZackI feel like this running to Ricky bullcrap with Lexi could have easily been solved through a simple conversation. Instead he votes her out. I can't help but feel that's going to hurt Zack later on down the line. Animal found out that he was telling Lexi/Brookie pertinent AH alliance information - so not only did he vote out an Ally, but he caused mistrust with his #1. He might've won MVP but all in all I think it was an MVBadMove. Lexi might be to blame for having a big mouth, but Zack is smart enough to know voting her out, at least straight away, could potentially
screw him over. Only time will tell. Still rooting for him tho, I'm just sad. I hope his earlier stages of getting to know other people and him coming off likable pulls him through. 8/10
