Episode 7

[Woods]

Day 19 and I make my return to the game only being gone for four days... but what a long, grueling four days it was... 

First I got sent packing with BK... ok, great. I like the kid, I really do. I don't think he ever stood a chance in this game though. Too naive, too new.. He acted too tough and couldn't back up his game. 

We arrived at Redemption Cove and we were greeted by the wicked witch of Redemption, emo lexi... still bitter over being voted off the week before. 

BK drops out.. and then I take care of Lexi in a hard fought duel. I sweated that one out a bit, not going to lie. Ended up 3 - 2... but a win is a win and I'll take it. Sent her home and stole her rupees! 

Then I hung out for a bit... and along comes Quanz and Zack. Couldn't be happier to see these two. Big Mouth and Spineless... This duel, not so hard fought. Pretty much wrecked both of them! Over that...

Then I made my return to the game... and I wasn't even here 20 minutes and the game was turned upside by a conversation I had with two other people... 

A power alliance that no one would see coming? Do i really want to sell out? I told myself I'd never sell out even if it cost me the game... 

[Woods]

(This was all via live call, or whatever the hell you call it on skype, so Im going to sum it up here for you)]

TOPIC: SUPER ALLIANCE

Ricky: Woods, you so craycray... what if we formed this like power alliance that no one would see coming?
Woods: I'd think about it. I mean, Im open to anything.
Ricky: So like, me, you, Animal, nicole of course and Brenda and one more and we could control the votes?
Animal: I like that.
Woods: I like Joe. I'd like Joe at the end.

Why hide my alliance? Queen Nicole already exposed it to the world!

Ricky: We would be unstoppable and no one would see us coming...
Animal: That would be awesome.
Ricky: Who would we target first?
Animal: I can't stand Nax.
Woods: can we get rid of brookie first?
Ricky: I'd get rid of Nax. I am over him. By the way, Woods... Jermainey was really upset that you came back, especially after you put him in that group shout out to my alliance.

Still don't like Jermaine.. I dont think he realizes who I am yet... thank the Lord. when he does, wait for the shit talking to begin and I will just let him do his thing.

Woods: Well, i'll have to think about it.
Ricky: yeah, we would be powerful and sandy would never see it coming...

Until we write about it in our journals... idiot!

Animal: YEAH MAN!!!
Woods: Ok, well, im out of here. later guys!

After chatting with Ricky, Animal and I had a sidebar to discuss what just happened... unfortunately, nothing of substance was really discussed but the general feel was thrown out there...

I dont think I could honestly work with him and feel OK with myself. I cant do it...

and I have the express pass... which hopefully will trump the "Shade" auction item that I am sure will be used on me... b/c I have so many fans here!

We just got back from the auction... and I was thinking about who won what and how they won it... when i got to Ricky, I laughed. really hard.

Ricky won immunity with 186 rupees ... he only went to the auction with 115... so he stock piled rupees from JEDDA, NAX and BROOKIE to get just enough to beat me for that individual immmunity. This is something I knew he would do... Im not that stupid. The first thing he said to me was...

"Ricky: Man, you get an amulet and you'll win individual immunity because you have the most rupees!"

I told him yeah, its def. something to think about... but I'd be stupid to go for that when I know what he was planning to do... and once again, good prevails and I have the express pass... exactly what he wanted... and now he doesn't have shit, rupees wise!

Woods: ohhhh - 25... nooooo!

Joe: Yeah. Fortunately I can swap though. Lol.

Woods: LOL....wonder when the untouchable twist comes into play?

Joe: No idea. That'll definitely affect my motivation for using the swap though.

Woods: this is actually good for us.

and then if animal hooks me up witht he 50 rupees he won...
me, you and animal would be the top rupee people
and we wouldnt have to owrry bout the untouchables twist
and i would use it sooner than later b4 Nax is able to give away some of his goods!

Joe: I just wonder what it entails though.

Woods: the swapping or the untouchables twist?

Joe: Untouchables. Has it been explained?

Woods: untouchables... essentially the last duel of the game, most likely.
they are sent to exile and have to earn their way back in and 1 wont be so lucky.

Joe: Ugh.

He needs to swap them rupees with Nax before Nax can split them with Ricky and Nicole... I need to push for this... and push for it now!

We get done talking about rupees... and Joe throws me for a loop...

Joe: I guess I also wanna know what you're thinking for this vote. Ricky last night said Brookie. But her name always gets brought up.

Woods: yea, seriously.  now, my thoughts REALISTICALLY...
v.s. what happens in this game are two different things .... what I think should happen... Brookie. its time to cut the f*n dead weight and play ball...but im sure something shady will go down

Joe: Ideally, someone of the Ricky trio would go (and Nicole's extra vote scares me).

Woods: yeah. it really does...I was thinking the same thing but i didnt want to say it but i dont trust enough people to even mention that to anyone

Joe: Well, Jermaine would be on board as well.  Do you think Brenda would be? Brookie also mentioned wanting to jump ship to me this round. But who knows with her.

Jermaine would be? Was I wrong this whole time? is he not one of ricky's rodents?! 

Woods: I bet brenda would... jermaine, you, brookie, brenda, me, animal... thats 6. ha, we'd secure it

Joe: Yeah. I'll have to look into it later. Or someone else can. I work until 5 and will need to nap when I get home lol.

Woods: but jermaine would be on board?

Joe: Oh yeah for sure. He wants those three gone.

Woods: interesting... and im sure i can get brenda.... and animal will vote too...if we have 6... the best they can do is 5...b/c of her extra vote...I know she didnt win that knowing what it iwas... but its def. an disadvantage more than an advantage

Joe: Yeah. She obviously can't get any wind of this plan either.

Good luck with that Joe, did you forget the number of people we are playing with who cant play strategically and keep their mouths shut... 

Woods: but really, if u have the #s... she cant do anything about it...but no, i understand you completely. 

Joe: Yeah. The less they know, the better.

Woods: I'll be honest with you...Im going to take a backseat to this plan...im on board... but as far as communication withe veryone else goes, I know nothing

Joe: Okay. I'll do what I can later.

Woods: I'll talk to animal, thats it...just having trust issues with half these people lol

Joe: I know. That's understandable.

Woods: thats why i am wasting my amulet this round

Safety and security by using it as a threat... or safety and security by actually using it! Im still not sure what I want to do! This is stressful! 

Joe: I guess that's fair...I feel like something crazy could go down this round either way. As long as we're on the good side of it...

Woods: seriously.

Woods: but the real question, do u trust brenda?

Joe: I do.

Woods: so if i talk to brenda, we'll be good

Joe: I don't talk with her much, but I do.

Joe: They were talking a lot of shit about her in the interview we did btw. They = Ricky, Nax, Nicole.

Woods: really? about what?

Joe: Like they couldn't understand why she gets MVP because she doesn't do anything.

Woods: hahaha, yeah, i was thinking the same thing

and now my head is spinning... is this real?!?! Is Nicole really going to be leaving this round? I can't believe it to be true... but I want it to be true!

Your amulet works the same as it did premerge. It's not an idol for yourself.

Looks like Brenda is coming home this round... I don't believe that one bit. I think they want me to give away my amulet to Brenda because she saved me when she had the amulet!

I wonder if they still think I get to use the amulet on myself?!?!

Damn... Im stuck between a rock and a hard place without a friend to trust!

Just found out that someone asked for clarification on my Amulet of Ganesh and that it wasn't self usable... and with that, I am sure my game is done.. unless I can figure something out... the only thing is, i dont trust a single person that I could use to my advantage... besides Joe and Animal.

"The amulet holder must announce privately in their journal who they are giving it to. Production will then inform the "receiver" in their journal. From there, the receiver can choose to either play it at the coming Tribal Council or not - and can even play it on behalf of another player, but that player has to be present at that same tribal council. This is a one-round reward."

With that rule in place... I can still use the amulet to my advantage this round. It does not say that "another player" can NOT be the person giving it... it just says we have to be at the same Tribal Council... which we will be.

With that being said... I can not do some damage this round! UNLESS I MISUNDERSTAND THAT TOO!!!

I talked to Animal first... because that is who I trust, 1500000% before I mentioned it to Joe. Animal was on board... so now we can tell Joe about the Amulet clarification and loop hole! 

Woods: ok joe, so i got to cue u in on something... i cant use my amulet on myself. just found out. guess i didnt hear sandy clearly.... so if that helps with ur plan any...
Joe Purcell: Omgggggg.
Woods: yeah, i thought it was for me to use on myself... or for me to give away, which is why i bought it b/c if i knew was to just give away i would of saved my rupees for the auction
Joe Purcell: Ugh yeah. That suckssss

Woods: hey animal, i'll sell you the amulet for them 50 rupees ur giving away
Woods: I said to Sandy... WOODS cant use it on WOODS... but what if woods gives it to someone and they give it back!?!

Joe Purcell: That's a good question.

Woods: he didnt respond but his answer will be crucial
Woods: b/c if thats the case, I'd give it to you animal. and you can give it back to me.

I trust Joe too... but I trust Animal more... 

Woods: and i told ricky of my clarification b/c i think it was him that called out sandy..
Woods: and ricky said, "well that puts you back in danger"
Woods: guess i can go balls to the wall now since they know i cant use my own amulet
Joe Purcell: Yeah we gotta figure something out.
Woods: I dont know if I make a push for nicole or nax...
Woods: or just let it ride and hope its brenda.

Joe Purcell: We gotta figure out the deal with the idol.

I then remembered that Sandy gave me a scroll with my amulet to refresh my memory...

Woods: b/c the only rule is that we have to be present at the same tribal council
Woods: i think we just got sandy on a technicality.
Joe Purcell: Well the most important thing is finding out who the fuck they're gonna vote for.
Woods: me now!
Woods: b/c they dont think I can use my own amulet.
Joe Purcell: But do we know that for sure?

Woods: the only reason i wasn't target 1 is becuase they thoguht icould use my own amulet.
Woods: I give the amulet to animal... he gives it back to me... canceling 6 of their votes...

Joe Purcell: Yeah
Joe Purcell: Well in that case it would be best to get rid of Nicole.
Woods: yup.
 Woods: the four of us vote nicole...
Woods: then we dont have to include ANYONE
Woods: outside of the people we trust
Woods: b.c i think they were targeting brenda because they wanted me to give the amulet to brenda since she gave it to me
Joe Purcell: Right.... It's just a matter of getting the idol used on you, I guess.
Woods: Yeah... which saves me and brenda and takes them down 1
Joe Purcell: But there's still like 24 hours before the vote is due. I don't wanna do anything too rash, because who the fuck knows what could go down by then. They could switch.
Woods: yeah i know.

This would be my big move of the game... the big move that I would talk about at the final tribal council as the move that started my run for the end...

Amulet Clarification

We just got the clarification that our plan can work... once again, another solid move on my part! I gave the Amulet to Animal, who will give it back to me at Tribal Council tonight! I am not playing this risky, it is coming back to me... none of this, "maybe we should give it to joe because they think im giving it back to you and then we are all safe"... NO! thats my amulet, I want that shit back. RETURN TO SENDER, please and thank you!
