I still have to watch season 3. Season 2 was one of the most boring and drawn-out shows on TV ever and the characters are so friggin' annoying. It put me off completely, but then I heard about how season 3 picked up the pace and was a little more faithful to the prison saga in the comics, so I have decided to give it another chance and catch up.

I thought season three was way more drawn out than season two. But I also actually was totally drawn into the Sophie storyline of season two, so, I dunno.
The premiere was a'ight. Looks like a bloodbath next week (which we all knew would happen).

WARNING: Spoilers
I liked the Sophie storyline but I feel like they drew it on way too long and at one point she became irrelevant until they just brought her back to die lol. But I liked season 2 as a whole, but season 1 is probably still my favorite.
This season seems interesting. I wanna see how they're gonna expand this all, and where they're gonna leave off again. I can't imagine it'll all be at the jailhouse again....?
And is the governor dead? I can't remember!

Any of you guys played the Walking Dead game? The writing was phenomenal and the story was far more compelling than the show itself. Think they should get the writing team from the game to add input into the show and it would be amazing.
For those who have not played the game, I would highly recommend it.

The Governor is not dead. He fled at the end of last season. In fact, part of the premiere was Michonne talking about places to go look for him.
The Sophie storyline -was- drawn out, but for me, I watched basically that entire storyline in one sitting so I guess it didn't have the same effect? Because I got to watch it all in one go instead of waiting every week for a new development, I was moreso hooked on it and less bored with it. Every episode for me was, "Omg, they're gonna find her this time, I just know it!"
Then when that episode arrived, the impact was that much stronger for me. ;-;

Yeah governor is not dead... But then again who knows cause I think season 3 finale - now was like 6 month difference or something they said.... He could be dead he could be alive... (Spoiler Alert) I'm curious to know whose feeding the walkers the rats??? And how that kid died?!?! Must be the pig
